3. Vehicle Fitment
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the parts they purchase are suitable for their vehicle. Where fitment assistance is provided, it is based on the information supplied by the customer.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate vehicle details, including make, model, year, engine type and VIN where requested. Aussie Car Parts is not responsible for incorrect parts ordered due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where a pricing error has occurred.
5. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Payment Terms
We currently accept payment via:

- PayID
- OSKO
- Cash Deposit
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment has been received and verified.
When making payment, customers must use their order number as the payment reference wherever possible.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, stock availability or circumstances beyond our control.
Aussie Car Parts is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy. Customers must contact us before returning any item.
We may refuse returns for products that have been used, installed, damaged or are not in their original packaging.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
9. Warranty
