We deliver Australia-wide and use trusted courier and postal services to ensure your parts arrive in good condition.
Dispatch Times
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or needs to be ordered from one of our suppliers,
we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery time.

Shipping Costs

From time to time, Aussie Car Parts may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders above a certain value.
Large and Bulky Items
Some products such as body panels, exhaust systems, suspension kits, wheels and other oversized items may incur additional shipping charges.
If extra freight costs apply to your order, we will contact you before dispatch for approval.
Authority to Leave
By default, some couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place if nobody is available to receive it.
If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please let us know in the order notes at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can use this information to track your order online.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.
Aussie Car Parts is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
